Darren Mitchell sent us this fantastic report of another successful days fishing at Dungeness, Romney Marsh, Kent, TN29 9NB
Today three of us fished at Dungee on a calm
day with a flat sea. We had a great day with Keith landing the biggest whiting of the day 46cm
weighed 1lb 12oz .

I was the only cod catcher of this trip
(nothing new there then !!! ) with the only three of day biggest 52cm weighing
3lb 9oz
I also had a nice whiting of 45cm but was a bit thinner than Keiths weighing in a 1lb 9oz . We also had dabs to 34cm all on 3/0 hooks.

lost loads of gear ( that will please the
lads at anglers den !! ) to the point where bean though it easier just to
attach his fishing box to the line and cast the ####ing lot in !!!!
Simon who fished with us had a proper bite
lifting the rod off the stand only to lose it after a great fight 10 yards out

Tally of cod for this cod season for daz is
now 42 ..... Since October
