Anderida Beach Fishing Competition - 10th Match - Mon 18th May 2015

Anderida Beach Fishing Club held it's tenth competition of 2015  on Monday 18th May in Pevensey Bay, East Sussex, with 25 anglers fishing.
The rough seas earlier in the day helped to produce some good catches on the night. There were plenty of flounders caught, also eels, pout, a couple of bass,and even a nice codling for Tim Lane.

Pevensey Bay Angling Club Beach Competition - 5th Match - Sunday 17th May

Pevensey Bay Angling Club held its fifth Beach Fishing Competition of 2015 on Sunday 17th May  between 9am - 1pm , in Pevensey Bay, near to Eastbourne, East Sussex, with 26 anglers fishing.

Eastbourne Sea League - 1st Match - 13th May 2015


The Eastbourne Sea League got under way last week with the first match of a four match series. This year, as the league is being fished primarily in the summer, it is being fished on a Catch and Release basis. This is in keeping with the National Sea League Final to be held in Eastbourne on 28/29th November of this year.
All team's fishing the the four match series will qualify to fish the final.

Shore Caught Bass at Normans Bay - May 2015

Local angler Tony Rose caught a couple of nice bass using lugworm as bait, during a session at Normans Bay. They weighted in at just under 2lb each.
